PRICING
We quote per project, not per rate card.
There’s no price list here. Instead, you’ll find how we actually engage, what drives cost, and how to get an honest number for your specific project.
Request a QuoteHow We Engage
Three ways to work with PrimeCore.
Each model is suited to a different kind of project. The right one depends on how well-defined your requirements are and how the work will evolve over time.
Fixed-Scope Project
Best for: clearly defined deliverables
We agree on exactly what’s being built, what it will cost, and when it will be delivered. You get one price and one timeline. If the scope doesn’t change, the price doesn’t change.
Best For
- A website with a defined set of pages and features
- A specific system module (e.g. an invoicing tool)
- A defined automation workflow
- A data migration or reporting dashboard
Not Ideal For
- Undefined requirements that keep shifting
- Long-term ongoing work
Time & Materials
Best for: evolving or exploratory work
We work in agreed blocks of time. You see exactly what’s being done, we bill for what’s used, and you can pause or extend as your priorities change. Ideal when the shape of the work isn’t fully known upfront.
Best For
- Systems that need iteration as they’re used
- Ongoing improvements to an existing platform
- Discovery and prototyping phases
- Work with uncertain or changing requirements
Not Ideal For
- Clients who need a single fixed price before starting
- Very small, well-defined tasks (better as fixed-scope)
Monthly Retainer
Best for: long-term system ownership
A monthly agreement that covers ongoing support, maintenance, small enhancements, and priority access. Your systems stay healthy, monitored, and improving — without needing to raise a new project every time something needs attention.
Best For
- Businesses running PrimeCore-built systems in production
- Teams who need consistent, predictable support
- Platforms that evolve month to month
- Companies without an in-house developer
Not Ideal For
- One-off projects with a clear end date
- Businesses not yet running a system we built
What Drives Cost
Six things that determine any quote we give you.
Nothing on this list is a surprise to an experienced development team — but it’s rarely explained to clients. Here’s what actually influences the number.
Scope and complexity
A single feature is priced differently to an integrated system with multiple modules, user roles, and data flows.
Number of users and roles
Systems with more permission levels, more teams, or more integrations take longer to design and test.
Integrations required
Connecting to third-party services — payments, email, WhatsApp Business, accounting — affects timeline and cost.
Data migration
If you have existing data in spreadsheets or legacy tools, moving it accurately is real work and is priced accordingly.
Timeline pressure
Everything is deliverable sooner with enough resources. We’ll always tell you honestly if a deadline requires a premium.
Ongoing support
Systems need maintenance. A retainer is almost always cheaper than raising a new project every time something changes.
Pricing FAQ
The questions we’re asked most often.
If you have a question that isn’t answered here, ask us directly — we’d rather answer it honestly now than have you guessing.
Because no two businesses are the same. A website for a one-person consultancy and a full operating platform for a 40-person firm are not the same project — even if both are called “a website” or “a system.” Publishing a single number would either mislead you or force us to overcharge you to protect ourselves. We’d rather quote honestly per project.
The fastest way to know what it costs is to ask.
Tell us what you’re trying to build. We’ll tell you what it takes and what it costs — with no obligation and no sales pressure.
